Commercial Electronic Systems
At Honortronics Inc. we can bring your commercial products to life by providing all of the documentation necessary to build them correctly every time. For this, we may provide:
- Mechanical Housing (Grounded/shielded)
- Membrane panel design and supply
- Printed Circuit Design
- Embedded Firmware Creation
- Creation of assembly specifications
- Creation of testing procedures
- Establish outgoing QC procedures
Honortronics has developed multiple systems to operate on the sea floor. One operating at 32-bits ADC on eight channels.
Industrial Systems
We design complete Industrial Systems that are typically run by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that are programmed in "ladder logic". The services that we provide relative to this type of system may include:
- Drawing the system as a whole
- Maintaining separation between AC and DC busses for certification
- Specifying any sensors the system will need
- Identify required digital busses
- Outline all connections in a schematic
- Provide the mechanical layout of the wire channels
- Create production drawings
- PLC programming and testing
- Create testing procedures (if desired)
